Dear Sir/Owner,

Today 3/15/11, I had my yearly termite check-up and outside spraying done at my home. I had a "new technician" named MARCO who did my yearly check-up today. I was so "impressed" by MARCO that I had to write and tell you that you have an EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS Employee and that he should be commended for his work!!! He answered my questions and did a great job of spraying around the outside of my house with your termite juice and he really took his time checking the inside of the house as well for any signs of termites in the wood baseboards. He was very friendly and was here within the time frame I was quoted over the phone. I also wanted to advise you that your Receptionist who scheduled my yearly appointment was also very "professional and courteous." You should be very PROUD of these 2 employees who are an "extension" of your Company. I'm so glad Chuck & I found your Company so many years ago!!!! And we HAVE NOT seen a TERMITE since!!!
